Matthew was truly one of a kind. Growing up as one of Zack´s close friends, I quickly realized how genuine and kind-hearted he was. Even though he was the "older brother" he never acted like it, he always gave us the time of day, hung out with us, made us laugh, and included us in every conversation.

Whether it was building some crazy contraption or crafting a masterpiece out of wood, Matthew´s creativity was unmatched.

And no bond could ever compare to the one between Matthew and Brown Dog. The way he talked to him and how Brown Dog would respond almost made you question if that dog was part human. Nothing will ever beat the memory of Matthew saying "I´m gonna get you," and Brown Dog sprinting away like his life depended on it.

Matthew will be deeply missed, but he´ll live on through the incredible memories we all made with him and the entire Janicki family. Rest in peace.. a true legend.
