Mary Stephano Obituary

Mary Jane Stephano 84, of Sandwich formerly of Batavia passed away April 27, 2008 at Kindred Hospital Sycamore, IL. She was born February 4, 1924 in Aurora, IL, to the late Ralph and Ida Mae Van Fleet. She owned Brushworks and More in Batavia at the Newton House, she was in charge of the Holy Cross Bazaar. She was a member of the Red Hats Society playing card games with her friends. She is survived by her children; Michael (Mary) Stephano of Sugar Grove, Ronald (Linda) Stephano and Walter (Terry) Stephano III all of Batavia, Paula (Arnie Hoepfner) Hoelscher-Stephano of Maple Park and Mark (Cheryl) Stephano of Aurora. Her special niece Linda Pasko of CO. 12 Precious grandchildren and 9 precious great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents her husband Walter Jr 1-5-2005, her son Stephan Allen, her 2 sisters June Hurley and Jeanette Curran and her brother Lester Van Fleet. Mass of resurrection will be May 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St Paul's Catholic Church Sandwich with Fr. Jack T. Heraty celebrant.
