Sister Frederick was the ONLY nun that ever made a dent in my hard head. Tough but fair, she personally tutored me in my Christian education and without her I never would have been confirmed. I had a good deal of 1:1 time with her in 1984. She was one of the good ones.

SR. Frederick was my 7th and 8th grade teacher at the old St. Joseph Military Academy in LaGrange Park, Illinois from 1961 - 63. She was a wonderful teacher - the best that I ever had - with a wonderful disposition and an inspiring personality. She will be missed by many...

Sr. Freddie was such a joy and such a great leader. She was our principal at St. Francis when I was in the early grades and always seemed to have such a great vision for what that school could be. She will be missed.

I've known Sr. Frederick since I was a child. I first met her when my sisters went to Nazareth the year it went co-ed. I looked forward to seeing Sr. Freddie every day when I went to school. I'd cut through the library just to say 'Hi'. She such a great person-she will be missed.

Sr. Frederick was one of my favorite teachers at St. Francis. God bless her and her family for her kindness and spirit.

Sister Freddie was a gift to all who knew her. Her loyal support for the students in all sports and education could not be surpassed. She made everyone she spoke to feel they had meaning. She did. Many generations that passed through the halls of Nazareth and their families had a chance to know what true unconditional support and strength she had to give to us.....endlessly. We were blessed to know her. Tracey T DiBuono Alumni

Such a terrible loss. Sr. Frederick was so much fun, and always ready to laugh. She made everyone feel happier. Her joyful spirit will be greatly missed.
