Mary Meshes Obituary
Mary Sue Meshes, nee Janda of Brookfield, age 62. Beloved wife of the late George Meshes; loving mother of Nicholas (Alma), Theresa (Jonathan Szaukellis), Elizabeth and George Meshes; grandmother of Ethan, Phinneas and Sophia Meshes; fond niece of John (Kathy) Meade and Collette (Meade) Zogg.
She graduated from UIC and Loyola University (Erikson Institute) and was employed by Catholic Charities of Chicago, Foster Care Services. Recently at CHA (Chicago Housing Authority). She leaves behind a remarkable group of supportive and loving friends and extended family that she loved dearly and we will miss her profoundly.
Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester (2 blks West of Mannheim Rd.) on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 3 to 9 pm. Funeral Friday 9:15 am from the funeral home to St. Barbara Church, Brookfield for 10 am Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

She has passed, but really, she has left the legacy of people that loved her, and were raised by her, she did her life's work with passion for her kids to be happy and successful, I thing, if I should leave Tomorrow, I should do so well. Always loved her laugh, Loved it

I met Sue thru my brother Bill. We talked about our families and she spoke about her family with love and proudness. Sue and I spoke about our Irish heritage and our faith in God and church. I am unable to attend the service but would like to share and Irish blessing to your mother, Sue. May God be with you and bless you, May you see your children and grandchildren, May you be rich in our blessings and prayers, May you nothing but happiness in heaven. My deepest sympathy to her children and grandchildren.

I only knew Sue for a few years, but, I had liked her so much from the very beginning. I met Sue at the YMCA. And we always talked to each other, including Basia. We 3 became friends. I will miss her, because now a part us is gone. And I feel it will never be the same without her. She was always pleasant. I just wish I could have seen her before she passed. But, I'll always remember her, and that smile. R.I.P. my friend.
