Dearest Diane and Tom,
You will not remember me, but I have very fond memories of your Mom and Dad. I am Joe Portello's sister, Kathy..You and I used to play together at (as I lovingly called your Mom..Aunt Mary)her home in Auburn..
You had two beautiful parents and I so loved being around them.
I don't hear from Doris much. Time and space separates us. I live in Florida.
drop me a note if either of you wish..again,
you were very lucky in my book to have such wonderful parents.
and I do remember both of you..wish we had stayed in touch.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all..

The last time I Saw Mamie was a long time ago when she and Charlie visited us in Orange, CA. Whenever we went to Auburn, it seemed that we always spent time with them, either at their home or on Baba's farm. Now, Mamie and Charlie are together again, forever.
