Martha V. Klybert, nee Vacha, age 86, of LaGrange, formerly of Brookfield, Riverside, IL and St. Petersburg, FL. Dear mother of Lynette (Hollis) Hutto of St.Petersburg, FL and Diana (dear friend Eric York) Klybert of Coeur d'Alene, ID.; grandmother of Kevin (Pilar Smith) Plaiske of Tarpon Springs, FL.; great-grandmother of Jacob and Diego Plaiske; born in Chicago to the late John G. Vacha Jr. and Martha T. Vacha, nee Kratochvil; divorced wife of Douglas Klybert; sister of John (dear friend Sunda Ingersol) Vacha; sister-in-law of Arlene (the late Douglas) Wade of Texas; aunt of Paula Scott, Steven Wade and Keith Wade.
Martha would like to extend a special thank you to her friends who were always the wind beneath her wings, Norma & Jacque Novak of Darien; Steve (Jackie), Mike and Steffany Orech of Brookfield, Debbie Brancato of Brookfield and others now moved throughout the U.S. and deceased. Martha graduated from SPHS in 1952 and studied at SPJC, Eastern Illinois and Elmhurst College; graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and 36 graduate hours; she taught at Scott School, Melrose Park, IL for 25 years. Martha loved her family, friends, teaching, travel, literature, music and art.
Services were held at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Interment BohemianNational Cemetery, Chicago, IL
