Marie C. Rude, nee Moreschini, age 93, resident of Lombard, formerly of Elmhurst, avid Bridge player, volunteer and supporter of the Leukemia Research Foundation, member Immaculate Conception Parish. Beloved wife of the late David; loving mother of Gregory (Carole), Kenneth (Allison) and Diane Rude and Mary Lou (Brian) Ochalek; proud grandmother of Adam, Sarah and Emily Hale-Rude, Kevin, Jason, Kendall and Tommy Ochalek and Denise and Darrin Meacham and Erik Lyon; cherished great-grandmother of Brianna (Tanner) Green, Derek, Daniel and Madison Meacham and Zachary and Alexandra Lyon.
Visitation Friday, October 14, 2016, 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 15, 2016, 8:00 a.m. until time of funeral 9:00 a.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (1/2 mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 3 International Drive, Suite 200, Rye Brook, NY 10573.
