Margery Rabbers Obituary

Margery Ruth LePage Rabbers, 83, of Sunrise of Carmel in Carmel, IN, passed away March 14, 2009 in Indianapolis, IN. Margery was born April 23, 1925 in Glen Ellyn, IL. She received a B.S. in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College and a M.S. in Computer Programming from Northern Illinois University. Hobbies included camping, hiking, bicycling and traveling to Holland, Italy, Thailand, China, Scotland, England and Switzerland. Margery is survived by her daughter Vicki Ruth Rabbers Plonka of Glen Ellyn and sons Kenneth L. Rabbers of Carmel, IN and David L. Rabbers of New Castle, WA and her sister Charlaine LePage Powers of Glen Ellyn. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Anderson LePage and mother, Ruth Marie Gordon LePage; brother Charles "Bud" Anderson LePage and son Thomas L. Rabbers. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St. in Glen Ellyn. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Faith Lutheran Church in Glen Ellyn with the Reverend Heidi Johns officiating. Memorial donations to Faith Lutheran Church, 41 N.
