Madge Morrison Obituary

(Albion) - Madge Morrison, age 93, of Heritage Estates, died Saturday at her home. She was born September 1, 1915, in Albion, a daughter of the late Ashley and Adeline (Smith) Hibbard. Madge was a member of the Eagle Harbor United Methodist Church, Country Kids Women’s Group and enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping. She was predeceased by her husbands, Samuel Browne and LaVerne Morrison; son-in-law, Albert Neal; step-daughter, Mary Ann Stinson and five brothers.She is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Neal of Albion, Geraldine (Roland) Rogers of Albion; step-son, Charles Morrison of Florida; step-son-in-law, Royce Stinson; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; sister, Velma Pratt of Pennsylvania; several nieces, nephews and cousins.The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 W. Ave., Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 PM, where her funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM. Interment will be in Otter Creek Cemetery.
