Ms Lwindjwla "Lwin" Thaliazalor
(formerly Lyndall Jennings)
Died peacefully at Clare Holland House on 8.7.2016 at the age of 56.
Lwin is survived by her daughter,
Kody Jorgensen and granddaughter
Eva Jorgensen.
The funeral service for Lwin will be held in the Chapel at Norwood Park Crematorium, 65 Sandford St, Mitchell on THURSDAY
14 July 2016, commencing at 3.00pm.
All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lwin's life and are requested to please
wear something purple!
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the 'Cure Brain Cancer Foundation"
in Lwin's name.
