She was born Dec. 9, 1934, in Fountain Springs, Schuylkill County, a daughter of the late Durell N. and Mazie C. Kahler Drumheller. On Oct. 16, 1965, she married Claude E. Eyer, who survives.
Mrs. Eyer was the owner and operator of Eyer's Manor, Point Township, for 31 years. She retired in 1990.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Point Township.
Lois' interests and hobbies included gardening and cooking. She loved animals and especially enjoyed feeding the birds and deer and watching wildlife from her home.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Beverly Cook Trego and husband Charles, and Jodi Lynne Schroth and husband Steven W., all of Northumberland; four grandchildren, Robert Cook III, Shawn Michael Cook and wife Margie, and Brandy and Christopher Schroth; three great-grandchildren, Robert "Chuck," Dylan Shawn and Samantha Jo Cook; and one sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn M. and Howard Klinger of Northumberland.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Norwood "Pete" Drumheller in 1963 and Leo Paul Drumheller in 2002.
Friends and family may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Joseph W. Epler Funeral Home, Second and King streets, Northumberland, where the funeral will follow at 11 with the Rev. Alfred J. Bashore officiating.
Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
The family will provide flowers and suggests contributions in Lois' memory be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 2190 Point Township Drive, Northumberland, PA 17857.
