Lois S. Edberg

Lois S. Edberg, 89, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2021 at Oak Trace Health Center in Downers Grove, IL. She lived most of her life in LaGrange and raised her family there with her late husband Roy.

Lois spent much of her career in the travel agency business at Viking Travel. She and Roy enjoyed traveling to many places around the world. In 2007, they moved into Oak Trace Senior Living Communities in Downers Grove to spend their later years. Lois volunteered on committees and as a greeter at the dining room for many years.

Lois is survived by her loving children Eric (Susan) Edberg, Lynn (Mark) Metz and Paul Edberg; her beloved grandchildren Katherine and Paul Metz; her brother Lenard (Grace) Swanson and also nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy, her son David and her sister Carole Anderson.

Interment is private. Arrangements entrusted to Hallowell & James Funeral Home 630-964-6500
