Lillian Wiese Obituary

Mrs. Lillian M. Wiese, 83, a resident of Berwyn for many years, passed away February 21, 2009 at LaGrange Hospital. Lillian was the Past President of Komensky School P.T. A. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Berwyn Post #422 MacNeal Meals on Wheels; Pilgrim Lodge #330; Morton Music Parents Association and Berwyn United Lutheran Church. Visitation was held Monday, February 23, 2009 at Svec & Sons Funeral Home, 6227 Cermak Rd., Berwyn. Lying in state Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in Berwyn United Lutheran Church from 10am until time of service at 11am. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Lillian loved her family, being with her grandchildren and playing bingo. Mother of Ellen (Gary J.) Fletcher and Irene R. (Richard G.) Ziegler; grandmother of Karl and Amanda Ziegler. Preceded in death by her husband, the late Gerhard H. Wiese. Memorials to Berwyn United Lutheran Church, 2400 S. Harvey Ave, Berwyn, IL 60402 appreciated.
