Libby Shotola Obituary
Libby Shotola, age 95, resident of Oak Brook, formerly of Riverside and La Grange Park, passed away at home with family by her side on November 30, 2014.
Devoted wife of the late Charles Cyril Shotola, who was the owner of C.C. Shotola Meats and founder of the Chateau Dumpling Co. Loving Mother of the late Charles C. Shotola, Jr., Donald L. Shotola (Anita), and Denise M. Flickinger (Michael). Caring Grandmother of Charles C. Shotola IV (Michelle), Edward L. Shotola, Matthew Flickinger (Tina Marie), Dean Flickinger (Ashliegh), Jon Shotola, and Megan Wojtulewicz (Daniel). Proud great grandmother of eight (8).
Graduate of J. Sterling Morton High School and Junior College. Cub Scout den Mother and Girl Scout leader. Life member of the Czechoslovak Society of America. Organ donor to the Rush Memory and Aging Project. Cremation by the Cremation Society of Illinois.
Celebration of life service 10:30 a.m., Monday January 12, 2015, at Ascension Lutheran Church, 400 Nuttall Road, Riverside, IL.
