Leonard Ostrega Obituary

Leonard W. "Baker" Ostrega, age 83, lifelong resident of Cicero passed away from natural causes on January 25, 2008 at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn. Visitation was Monday, 1/28. Mass was celebrated Tues, 1/29, at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church in Cicero. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, IL. Mr. Ostrega was a Draftsman at Western Electric in Cicero. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII. He was a member of Commodore Barry American Legion Post 256 in Berwyn and Stickney American Legion Post 687. Mr. Ostrega attended Morton H.S. in Cicero and loved fishing and dancing. He is the brother of Mitchell (Late Helen), Late Henry (Late Faye) Ostrega, Late Sylvia Ostrega and Late Bernice (Art) Lange, also many nieces and nephews.
