She was a quiet, little woman that always loved her children and grandchildren. She was once my Mother-in-Law, but always my friend.

I'll miss you, grandma. You've been a quietly consistent presence in my life, lending me comfort just with your presence.

I've spent many years away from Salt Lake, and I missed a lot of opportunities to spend time with you. In a life with more than it's share of regrets, that's one of the largest.

You were the quietly strong center of this wide-ranging family. There will be no replacing you.

I Love You. I Miss You.

Dean,
It has been such a pleasure for me to visit with your mother on Sundays. She always made us feel so warm and welcome. I loved her little smile and liked to hear her talk about her mother and how much she loved her. You have been such a wonderful son and have done so much for her. She will be dearly missed. I have thouroughly enjoyed all my time that I have been able to spend with Leilan over the past 2 1/2 years. I loved getting to know her and being in her presence. She loved talking about her children and all her grandchildren and is so proud of all of them. It has been an honor for me to get to know Leilan and Dean and the rest of the family. I will greatly miss Leilan.
With love,

Dear Karen, Tom & Dean,

It has been years since I have seen you.
I am sending each of you my love and my warmest condolences.
I love your mother and I am sorry to hear of her passing. She has always been close to my heart and a fine example of a lady. She has sent me a Christmas card each year for as long as I can remember and I, in turn sent her one. A beautiful lady with the sweetest soul is what your mother and my aunt is. She has always given me a feeling of sunshine in my heart whenever I have talked to her or thought of her.

I know you will miss her deeply and I send you all my love.
