Lawrence J. Silski Lawrence Joseph Silski, age 82, of Brookfield, Korean War, Army Veteran. Died peacefully January 9, 2014, at Loyola Hospital in Maywood after a courageous, three week battle against a pulmonary aneurysm. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph Silski of Chicago and Frances Bednarek of Manistee, Michigan; adored younger brother of Isabel Neuert of Wheaton; beloved husband of Helga Doerfeld and father of Andrew Lawrence Silski and Margaret Isabel Kehrees; proud grandfather of Matthew Silski, Rebekah Silski, Daniel Silski, Catherine Silski, Michael Silski, Sarah Silski, Peter Silski, Johanna Isabella Silski, Paul Bradley, Jason Bradley, Brian Bradley, Andrea (James Jr.) Mierop, Andrew Kehrees and Nick Kehrees.
