Larry Litsey Obituary

LITSEY, LARRY W., 53, of Louisville, died Sunday at University of Louisville Hospital. He was born in Louisville and a longtime employee of Evans Furniture Showroom. Mr. Litsey is survived by his son, Brian Litsey (fiancée Kelly); his parents, Woodrow and Leona Litsey; siblings, Jeanette Timperman (Bernie), Martha Baxter (Bill), Bob Litsey (Jean), Ray Litsey, Deanna McKenzie, Linda Roberts (Don), Paul Litsey (Carmel), and Nancy Potts (Curtis); his friend, Billy Baunach; and many nieces and nephews. His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 501 Cherrywood Rd., with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Mass of the Air or American Heart Association.

My deepest sorrows and sympathy to you on the passing of Larry. My mother-in-law was in the same room with your mom... Margaret Arnold.

I called him a couple times at work and spoke with him. He will be truly missed not only by you, but with my family as well. May God bless you all. Larry was so good with Margaret. Jan and I really liked him.
