Kenneth Gabel Obituary

Kenneth L. Gabel, Sr., 91, passed away July 8, 2011 in Houston, TX. He was a proud WWII Army veteran, and a longtime resident of Brookfield, IL, working for 35 years at the Western Electric Cable Plant in Cicero, IL, and was a lifetime Cub fan. He is the beloved husband of the late Evelyn Gabel; and fond father of Robert K. (Kathleen) Gabel, Richard J. (Patricia) Gabel; Kenneth L. (Catherine) Gabel, Jr.; and James M. (Claudia) Gabel; dear grandfather of eight, and great-grandfather of seven. A private Funeral Service and interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park, IL.
