Kathleen W Wankier 10/3/30 - 2/28/05 Kathleen Warner Wankier , age 74, passed away February 28, 2005 in South Jordan. Born October 3, 1930 in Ogden Utah to Clarence Henry and Orsena Caszier Warner. Married Lee Arvil Wankier November 23, 1949 in the Salt Lake Temple, He died June 17, 2004. Graduated from Juab High School. Attended Active member of the LDS Church serving in many organizations including Relief Society, Primary, and Young Women. Happiest when serving others. Lived in 17 different homes. Very talented in homemaking arts. Beautiful seamstress and wonderful cook. Shared her musical talent. Found great pleasure in her flower and vegetable garden. Always had favorite cookies or box of See's or Cummings chocolates to share. Loved children, especially her own.. Delighted to have visitors. Survived by children: Nan (Clyde) Bunker, Delta; David (Angela) Wankier, Las Vegas, Nevada; W. Gordon (Renee) Wankier, Blackfoot, Idaho; Kristine (Paul) Swenson, South Jordan; Bart (Kandi) Wankier, Delta; 23 grandchildren and 15 (soon to be 16) great-grandchildren; brother: Robert C. (Nena) Warner, Nephi; brother-in-law Maynard Wankier, Midvale; sister-in-law Blanche Garrett, Provo;. Preceded in death by daughter: Norma. Funeral services Friday March 4, 2005, 11:00 am, Delta 4th Ward. Friends call at the Nickle Mortuary, Delta, Thursday, March 3, 2005, 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Friday at the Church, 9:30 - 10:40 am. Burial Levan Cemetery at 4:00 pm.. The family wishes to thank Inspiration Hospice for their care, love and support.
