Dr. Gross and family, I just received my IIT Magazine and was stunned to find Kathy's name in the obituaries. We were classmates in law school, and Kathy helped me find work in the mid 90's. I was in the same court room one day when Kathy admonished a less-than-honest lawyer in open court saying, "Shame on you; shame on you!" She defended the innocent! She was kind, encouraging, honest, and so much fun. May God be with you in this time of grief and remembering. She will always be in your hearts.
