Kathleen Anderson Obituary

Kathleen Dorothy (nee Durack) Anderson age 67, passed away
unexpectedly on February 6, 2013 at her home in DeKalb, Il.
Born October 21, 1945 in Oak Park, Il. the daughter of the late Lester D. and Mary O'Brien Durack.
Kathleen lived much of her life in Winfield, Illinois where she was employed at the town post office, and served as a village trustee. An active member of St. John's Catholic Church, Winfield and St. Mary's Church in DeKalb, she volunteered her services at Tails Animal Shelter, and was a ready helper to neighbors and friends.
She is survived by her brother
Brian Durack, sister Nora (Richard) Higgins, sons Kevin Pearson and
Jeffrey Pearson, grandchildren Joseph, Joshua, Justine, Breanna, and Caden as well as nieces and nephew.
All will miss her quick wit and wry sense of humor. She was a unique person, and fiercely proud of her Irish heritage.
In accordance with her wishes, a memorial service will be held for family and friends on March 23 at 10am in St. John's Church in Winfield, located at S233 Church St Winfield, IL 60190. All who knew her are invited to attend.
