Karen Clark Obituary

Karen Clark
Born: August 1, 1944
Died: September 27, 2024 in Glendale Heights, IL
Karen Ann Clark (née Jagler), age 80, of Elgin, Illinois, passed away on September 27, 2024, in Glendale Heights, Illinois.
Born on August 1, 1944, in the United States, Karen lived a life marked by quiet strength and heartfelt compassion. Known for her kindness, independence, and a touch of stubbornness that endeared her to those around her, she brought warmth and sincerity to every interaction.
Karen found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved feeding raccoons and birds in her yard, savoring a cup of instant coffee, and spending time watching Elvis performances and horse documentaries. Her deep affection for animals extended beyond her home-she frequently donated to local animal shelters and veterinary clinics, offering support to causes close to her heart.
A woman of faith, Karen was a Christian who supported her church with quiet devotion. Her generosity and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She is also survived by extended family and friends who will remember her with love and gratitude.
Private services have been held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Karen's memory to a local animal shelter.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.
