Joyce Lynn Ellison, nee Rose, age 59, lifelong resident of Berwyn. Beloved wife of the late Michael. Cherished daughter of Roy Rose, Sr. and Vlasta Rose (nee Malirick). Loving mother of Cindy (George) Asuncion and Samantha (Christopher) Brady. Dear grandmother of Kasha Bain. Fond sister of Roy (Jerilu) Rose, Jr. Special mother-in-law of Jeff Senical. Joyce was a secretary in the Nutritional Foods Service at Hines Veterans Hospital for twenty-seven years and enjoyed the internet, crocheting and playing bingo at St. Francis of Rome Church,. She will be missed by her faithful companions the dogs Mea, Cookie, Angel and Princess, the cats Stevie and Duner and the bird Mickey. Family and Friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Road (2 blks. W of Mannheim Rd) Westchester, IL. for a memorial visitation on Friday, December 12, 2008 from 3 to 9pm. Funeral service and family eulogies at 7pm.
