Joshua Mandigo Obituary

Joshua S. Mandigo, 23, of Elmhurst, passed away October 28, 2012. Dear son of Shirley Swanson and Ted Mandigo; grandson of Margaret and the late Walter Swanson and Barbara and the late Richard Mandigo; brother of Ric (Jennie) Mandigo and Karin Mandigo; uncle of Seth Mandigo. He was a York Community High School graduate and enjoyed skateboarding and making videos. Visitation at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3 and at Epiphany Evangelical Lutheran Church, 314 W. Vallette, Elmhurst from 1:30 p.m. until time of Services at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 4. Interment 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 5 at Mt. Emblem Cemetery. Josh, although we only knew you for a short time you have endured so much more than most of us. You and your family will remain an inspiration to all of us in Loyola's Transplant Support Group. You fought the good fight and were indeed a "brave warrior". Rest peacefully.
