I am writing this in behalf of my Dad, Raul Baldit. My name is Roy Baldit. My Dad served with Joseph in the 87th Infantry Division 3rd Army from 1944 to 1946. He is 93 years old. He has medical issues the same as men his age. I want your family to know that during the war, there were many situations that they depended on each other and survived various combat encounters. I would like to express my deepest condolences to the Wysolpal family for your loss. Thank you, Joseph, for your service.

I was only a nephew but I have nothing but good memories of him from the time I can remember.
From where I stand, he was a great guy. Calm, confident, and easy to get along with.
We all knew he had a good sense of humor and moved mountains to take care of his family. I hope we can always remember the rare, lifelong unfailing brightness in his eyes and take inspiration from that. He was the last of that tier of Wysopal family and I believe we were lucky to have him in our lives. Joe, Albert, Roberta Ann, and your families, Im sorry for your loss and I wish you well.
