Joseph Jaros Obituary

Still being vertical I once again have the pleasure of reaffirming my prayers and thoughts for my dear friend and colleague Joe Jaros. May he continue to enjoy the presence and blessings of the Lord.

I am pleased I am still around to reaffirm my messages in this Legacy Book of 6/1/08 and 5/22/21.

The years go by and memory fades but my thankfulness for having known Joe remains. I have hope we will share a Spiritual reunion .

My condolences to the family. I too was from Berwyn and knew Joe both at St. Odilos and Fenwick. He was recently in my thoughts as I toured Prague.

Joe and I worked on legal issues together over many years and also developed a close personal friendship.He was a man for all seasons--they don't come any nicer or any smarter or with a better sense of humor.We are all better people for having known this finest of gentlemen.My prayers are with Joe and deepest condolences to his family.

Joe, you meant the world to our entire family. You were like a son to my mother, Susie, a brother to me (Pat), and good friend (Tom). You gave us personal guidance as well as legal advice. We will really miss all those lunches and dinners with you, and all your fabulous recipes. Thanks for all the great memories,

How sad it is that a man of such talent, of an incredibly large capability for kindness, of great wit and humor, of such unusual intelligence, who could overcome all adversities with such truly admirable single-mindedness, who achieved greatness in many of the things in which he was capable, unfortunately died before he'd had enough fun in this world. He is a great man and will always be remembered as such.

I'll miss you Mr. J., but rest assured that your legacy lives on through Joe, Tom, Annie, Suzie, and Tim and all their children.
