I didn't know you that well, barely knew you at all, and I only met you twice. But nonetheless, I always thought you were a sweet little old man. I know you loved golf because you would watch it daily. I heard nothing but good stories about you and that's the way I will remember you by, a good man. I'm glad I had the chance to met a guy like you. Rest In Peace.

I will miss you dearly uncle joe. You were the only person i called uncle, the only man i knew and considered an uncle. You taught me alot through out my life, and i loved listening to your stories and thoughts. You were a sweet, kind, respectful, and intelligent man. I love you and will miss you. Gone but will not be forgotten. Rest in peace.

Joe, I will miss your smile and the way you enjoyed anything I baked for you. You were a good friend and employer and you were always there as a guiding force for my children. Knowing you was easy and missing you is going to be the hard part.
