Jonathan Rus Obituary

9 months later, reading through all the message still brings tears to my eyes. There is not a day that goes by that my brother doesnt cross my mind. Its truly amazing how many people's hearts he touched, and how many lives are not the same anymore. i will forever miss you bro and want you to know we all love you and miss you so much!

To the Rus family,
I remember Jon when all of you were at Tabor for that short while. I know that Julia and Patrick were devastated to hear the news. Diane and Jess, you are in our prayers and thoughts.

Thinking of you and your family during this difficult time. Take comfort in knowing that you have a personal Guardian Angel to watch over you daily.

Thanks for the memories, Jon. May you find happiness and peace with God in heaven. Praying for you and your family. Love you

Jonny became a fast, loyal, and close friend of ours shortly after we met about a year and a half ago. Jon was so kind, hilarious, intelligent, good-hearted, respectful, and uniquely an open book. Everyone looked forward to seeing him because he was so positive and upbeat, making your problems a thing of the past in his presence. Such an impact he made in so many lives, gone so suddenly with so much more goodness to share. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to Jon's family, Tricia, and friends. So lucky to have become your friends, so devastated to have lost you so soon.

Jonathan was a wonderful, kind, funny, young man who always thought to be helpful without hesitation. He was so loved. I pray for Trish, you and your family.

I remember Jon running into my office with Good Newses. He was always smiling, always in such a positive mood. A good student, a good person. My heartfelt sympathy to all.

My deepest condolences to Jon's family. He was a great man, and he will be missed but never forgotten. May he rest in peace.

Deeply sorry to hear about Jon. One memory I have of him is meeting him at BU while he was visiting Jess. He was a great guy. Jess you're my hero please let me know if you need anything at all. Always remember that everything happens for a reason and stay strong. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Rus Family:
I am so sorry to hear about Jon. It has been several years since I taught Jon, but he certainly stood out as a very confident, polite and gracious young. Always with a twinkle in his eye, when he would ask me to explain something. My deepest sympathies.
