My dear brother, It's Thanksgiving again and I'm still missing you. Hope you are taking care of Tulio and Alteevo. I'll be looking for the three of you by the rainbow bridge, when God brings me home.

"For Devona"

Ill never forget the look in your eyes the night I died
Ill never forget the last words you spoke
Your hand, warm and soft
Your heart quickening
As mine slowed to a stop
The intake of your breath
As I released my last
Holding tighter
As I slipped away
I didnt go far
If you listen, you can still hear me
If you look, you can still see me
If you reach out, you can still touch me
I will never forget
I will never be far
You found me once
And I will wait for that moment
For as long as it takes
When you find me again.

Grandpa and Grandson.

Our last hug is forever imprinted in my DNA. I feel it every night. Same parents but such a different life. You left behind a legacy of 2 beautiful souls that any parent would beam with pride. You helped me find my way so many times and I never thanked you enough. I know you know now how much I love and will miss you. See you soon my beautiful brother. xoxoxo

John Brown - what can I say - You were part of my life since you and Rich became friends. I have known you, partied with you, cried with you - hung out with you, gotten really pissed at you - and spent holidays with you since I was 14 years old. Damn - that is a long time. You will forever be part of the THORNE clan - and will remain in our hearts forever. You will join my sisters Alynne, and Robin, and my Mom & Dad - and hopefully you will be having Thorne Thanksgiving up in Heaven with them - until we meet again - I shall give a toast to you every thanksgiving.

Honored to be your sister in this life. Thanks for all you shared, taught, loved and tolerated in my presence. From you I saw both sides of the coin on many occasions.

Hi, Papa. I know you know how much I love you, but I want you to know that I will do everything I can to honor you and remember you as the strong, proud, funny, genuine, giving, Christ seeking, 'all or nothing' type of man you were. I will always remind Kanani and Johnathan how much you loved them and how proud you were to be their grandpa. I know you are with your beautiful mother that you missed so much, grandpa, and Matt and Craigie. I know you will be our guardian angel and be with us always. I'm so happy you are my papa and wouldn't trade you for the world. I hope you know that. As hard as it was, I feel so honored to have been able to hold you during your journey to the other side. God bless you. I love you.
