Our family is saddened to hear of the loss of this great man. We came to know him volunteering at DuPage County Convalecent Center and soon found this man of boundless energy helping everywhere we went. A friend to our cousin, the Abess at the Carmelite Convent in Dubuque, he became a wonderful example of a REAL priest to our family. Every time we went to visit, he was surrounded by those who loved him. Now he is surrounded by those who love him in Heaven!

My sympathy to the entire Dalton Family on the loss of Msgr Jack. I have many happy memories from Monroe Street especially your big family Christmas parties. He was such a special person with the most wonderful personality!
