We will be celebrating your life Saturday and remembering a how good you were to so many of us. To me, you were the best! I know you're in heaven so I will see you again but until then know I miss our phone calls, the teasing, the political talks, the ideas exchanged about gutters, roofs and snow removal. My heart aches for my best friend and father. I am so proud to be your daughter and love you so much. #2

I was saddened to read of John's death. It was John who got me so deeply involved in local and Republican politics. I knew John as an usher at the old St. Joseph's as I was growing up. My deepest condolences to Helen and his family.

John will be remembered in many ways by all that knew him. I was fortunate to have met John nearly 40 years ago and became close to him and his family. i will always remember him with a smile on his face, ready to give advice... no, giving advice.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Everyone should be so lucky as to have had such a wonderful person to call a friend. John came into my life through church and business, but then became a mentor and lifelong friend. My life is so much better with having him being a part of it. I am grateful in having an opportunity to speak with him in his last day with us. My prayers and wishes go out to his family and many friends.
