I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. C was a wonderful man who could always make you laugh and smile.

Joke of the day; Fatherly advice; Latest anticdote from the previous nights activities; Not to mention the "correct"news from all 20floors of the 7th ave building,AND Grant St. I'd known John since I was 16 working for a caterer at weddings,as John serenaded the crowd. Later,sharing tne operators breakroom on the ninth floor; to the three years sitting across from him in SSC. We rejoyced at our childrens' progress. Caring,laughter,friendship. To John's Family:

I am an old friend of your Dad's, having graduated with him from St. James High School in 1954. He joined us at our 50th Class Reunion in 2004 and we had a great evening. He enjoyed it so much!
I was shocked to hear of his passing and I want to extend my sympathy to all the family. I'm sorry I did not know in time to personally visit. I will always remember his exuberant spirit. It was so good to know him! I will send his obituary to the classmates who are out of town and I know they will join in sending condolences.

Our condolences to John's family. It was such a shock to hear, and the service was already over when we found out. We met John at the Grove in Ross Twp. If we saw his car, we would always stop in to see him. We loved to hear his stories about his Bell days, playing the organ, and his dog Spike. His wit and humor will be sorely missed.

Your dad was one of those unique individuals that infected everyone that he came into contact with a general happiness..... I have never met someone so willing to share a smile or a little story to brighten your day. Music won't sound as sweet without him. I will miss him.

Tom, Julie and family -- Just wanted to you know that you have our sympathy. Jason always talked very highly of your Dad! It is never easy to lose someone you love so suddenly. I know you have a lot of precious memories to keep him alive in your heart.

I worked with your dad at the Telephone company and one thing that he always talked about were how smart and wonderful his grandchildren were and that he was tickled pink when he could watch them or visit with them. My condolences go to you at this time of great sadness.

Just last week I told Uncle John that he was my favorite uncle. He said..."I am?"...with a big smile. I'm so glad I got to tell him that. Rick and I will miss him.

My heart aches for you guys. I always loved your mom and dad. They were always laughing and kidding around. Every Halloween since my Nick was born 4 years ago, I always made sure I stopped to visit your dad. I will miss him. May God bless you all and bring you comfort in some way that you easily recognize.

To the family and all us friends left behind: I offer my deepest sorrow for the loss of the man I knew as "Uncle Babe." Like Karen, I remember him playing with my Dad, Jimmy, and Ref as part of the Insyders. He was a master of the organ. I'm proud to be learning piano this year and my next lesson will be in his honor.

To the Ciesielski Siblings:
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of your Dad. I remember him best when he was with my Dad and The Insyders, playing away on his keyboard. I also remember the many visits to your house when we were all kids, and your Mom and Dad were "Aunt Janet and Uncle Babe" to me and my brothers. The song "Rock 'N Roll Heaven" played on the radio this morning, and I told your Dad that song is dedicated to him. Your parents are together again and are smiling down on all of you. May you find peace and comfort in that. Again, my deepest and heartfelt sympathy to all of you. You are in my prayers.
