I will remember a good neighbor and watched how he built a beautiful redwood deck by himself. He was inspiring. When walking by, we would occasionally talk about trees. We were both Autumn Blaze fans.

I will remember a kind man with a gentle smile. I will remember playing in the garage with Jackie and Billy among the sawhorses and the smell of sawdust as Jack worked on projects. I will remember listening to Cubbies games on the radio with him. I will remember a sweet man who left a great impression on me. He is at peace now with his dear wife. Sending love to my friend Jackie and her brother and his family. From all the "Bartlett" kids: Linda, Cindy, Nancy, Pam and Bill.
