John Edward "Ace" Asan of Glen Ellyn formerly Cicero has passed into the loving arms of the angels in heaven on January 18, 2024. Beloved son of the late John and late Lillian Asan; devoted husband of Mary Ann Pieklo Asan; loving father of Brian Asan, Elizabeth (Spencer) Whitney; dearest Baca (grandfather) of Nellie Asan, Charlotte and Asa Whitney; dear brother of Maureen (John) Nipaver of Kennesaw, GA and Jeffrey Asan of Berlin, Germany; brother-in-law of Barbara (Richard) Talacek and Michael (Janine) Pieklo; uncle of Lindsey (Josh) Thompson, and Christie (Stephen) Brantley, Kirstin (Marshall) Subach and Kelly (Jessica) Pieklo, great-uncle of seven. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 17, 9:00 a.m. till time of services at 12:30 p.m. at Ivins/Moravecek Funeral Home 80 E. Burlington St. Riverside. In lieu of flowers donations to Livingwell Cancer Resource Center in Geneva IL. Funeral Info at www.moravecek.com.
