When Irv and I will thank God for our many blessing one of them will be He let us know John. What a wonderful friend, coworker, baseball player, and just all around good man. He will long be remembered and loved. We know you will miss him and Val but know you did a wonderful job of sending them off. Now you have time to unwind and use them as an example of how one should be happy. Love and prayers, Vi and Irv Larson

Val and John were our good friends and neighbors from the time we moved into North Riverside in 1961 until the time we left in August of 2006. I was grieved to hear of their passing and send my deepest condolences to their family and to all of their good friends in the 2300 block of Third Avenue and to all their other friends in North Riverside and elsewhere. I cannot attend services but I am there in spirit.
