I see the date and Jennifer's picture . "To live in the hearts we leave behind is never to die"
I think of Jennifer all the time I pass by her house and pause to think of the sweet memories of being a young mother . Who would know I would sit and vent to Jennifer for over an hour after stopping just to say hello . She would speak so graciously and soft and let me know it was all going to be ok. Just a perfectly beautiful woman with such grace. I miss those days of stopping by . But I still drive by pause and smile of the lovely grace she showed to me when I was troubled or worried about raising children . She was lovely . Funny how small conversations make a difference in some ones life . Jennifer would always always take the time to listen . Either in the Butter isle at the s upermarket , the front of her house she was so present......

Dear Tom Katie and Peter,
We are so sorry for the loss of Jennifer. Her warm and genuine interest in the details of the lives of those around her brought great comfort and joy.. From my first meeting of her around creating the Warren Street playground to Katie breaking her arm on our swingset and finally to my last warm email correspondence with her. She was motivating warm and deeply personal. We will miss her deeply

I drove by the house last night to stop in and say hello to Jennifer. I paused and thought I might call first, and so I drove on home . For all the years I can remember , I would stop , yell to Jennifer and she would come on out and we would talk about life in general and she would listen to all the details of my life. What a beautiful and loving neighbor I will truly miss . The last time I saw her she said how are you Anne and I went on and on and on about everything and she stopped me and said
Anne I asked how are you doing.. and she made me answer her....I am going to miss Jennifer what a truly beautiful person.
My deepest sympathy to you .

To Jennifer's family,
Jennifer was a very special person, I worked with her at Mount Auburn many many years ago, she was funny, kind, and a wonderful teacher and friend.

We are truly so terribly sad in sharing in your loss of such a wonderful, lovely wife, mother, sister, Aunt, and a true friend to many of us. While our family only had the pleasure of spending time with Jen one week - the last week of July - every year for the past 21 years in beautiful Prince Edward Island, we took absolute ownership of her as "our friend from Melrose".
