January 26, 2022; Jeanette Katherine Fanta (Jay Kay); loving wife of the late Milton Fanta, passed away peacefully at age 93 in LaGrange Park, IL. Jeanette was preceded in death by Milt and is survived by five children: Charlie, Tom, Jenny (Doherty), Nancy (McGranahan), and Amy (Grant), 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Jeanette will be dearly missed. Her memorial and burial will be held in Cornucopia, WI. Memorial donations in her name to Bayfield Regional Conservancy, 33 N. 1st St., Bayfield, WI 54814 or to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation (https://www.macular.org/how-donate) are appreciated. My condolences and prayers. I really loved caring for Jeanette, listening to her great stories about her husband, how much she loved her family and enjoyed her summer trip, and all of her little jokes we shared. Such an amazing woman she will always have a piece of my heart.
