Jean (Jeanette Francis) Goering nee Grylewicz, 79, of Algonquin, passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 in Woodstock, IL. Jean was born June 24, 1930 in Chicago, IL. She was employed as a Librarian at south Berwyn Public Schools. Visitation & services were held Thursday, March 25, 2010 at St. Margaret Mary Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin, IL. INterment was at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Jean was the wife of Fred W. Goering; mother of Fred E. (Denise) Goering, Kathryn A. (Randall) Cihlar, Karen G. (Michael) Krug and Nancy E. (Chuck) Hedberg; grandmother of Jeffrey (Kate) Goering, Jody (Andy) Gaydos, Grant Goering, Scott Goering, Matthew Hedberg, Ryan Krug, Virginia Krug and Daniel Hedberg; great-grandmother of Alli Goering, Madison Gaydos, Brycen Gaydos, Emily Goering and Chase and Parker Goering; daughter of the late Frank and Sophia Grylewicz; sister of Frank (Dorothy) Gryle and aunt of Joyce (Jerry) Farrell.
