Mrs. Davis was our school librarian at Whittier Elementary while I attended (1969-1976). She was an amazing librarian and looking back, was very dedicated to bringing a variety of opportunities to her students, including artwork that we could check out and take home to share. It was always an honor to be picked to assist her in checking out our classrooms book choices. Very fond memories of this special lady.

Our hear-felt condolences go out the Davis family for your loss. Jane and Bob have been great neighbors to our family since we first moved to the neighborhood in the 70's and continue to be today. She followed my brother Robert and I as we grew up; watching us play baseball and football in the front yard, basketball in the driveway, and riding our bikes, as well as comfort my mom Carmen and I at the loss and resurrection of her house after the fire. Jane definitely touched the lives of many through her kindness, work ethic, and friendly attitude. We wish the best for Bob and family. God Bless You.
