Jacquelyn Newell Obituary
Jacquelyn H. Newell, longtime resident of Elmhurst. Beloved wife of the late George B.; proud mother of Robin (Daniel) Crabtree, Julie (Philip) Bonello and the late Jacquelyn Mary; grandmother of Laura (Yann), Heather (Fianc , Kyle), Philip and Peter; sister of Virginia (and the late Jack) Hyland; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Jackie was very proud of her daughters and loved to spend time with all her grandchildren. Faith was an important part of her life. She was an accomplished realtor with Schiller Realty in Elmhurst for many years. Jackie was proud of her Norwegian roots, enjoyed traveling, crossword puzzles and was an avid reader. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church, 367 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst from 12:00 p.m. until time of Service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014. Private Interment Mt. Emblem Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials will be appreciated for the church. Arrangements by Ahlgrim Funeral Home.
