We'll always remember Uncle Irv as the charismatic wonderful person he was. He always had a way of lighting up the room and he will be in our hearts forever. God bless you all.

The members of The American Legion Post 1941 in La Grange wish to offer our condolences to Irven's family. Irven's name dates and branch of service will be engraved on a plaque added to the wall of heroes in the lobby of our Post Home. Thanks for your service Mr. Pfeiffer; you will be missed by your veteran brothers and sisters.

I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Irv. He was such a bright light to work with. He always brought us chocolates and always had a smile. Pat, he talked about you all the time. It was so sweet to see how much he loved you and his family. Kellogg is thinking of you at this tough time.

We were so happy when our daughter married into such a loving family. I have never met anyone as great at Irv And Pat. From day one we realized how lucky our daughter to have such an great husband and new inlaws. We are sorry Irv & Pat did not have more time together but know he will be waiting for Pat to join him in the future.
