Irene Masa Obituary
Irene Cecelia Masa, age 88, of Downers Grove. Beloved wife for 60 years to the late Bob Masa (Nov. 2012); loving mother of Robert (Cindy), David (Vickie) and Daniel (Doris) Masa; Cherished Grandmother of Rebecca Wise, Rachael (Tim) Kramp, Randi Masa, also Andrew, Erin and Scott Masa (Laura fianc e); great-grandmother of Madeline and Maya Wise also Rose Kramp; dear sister of Martin (Esther) Dunne and Patrick (Marianne) Dunne; the late Theresa Campbell (late Jack), the late Mary Margaret Hughes, the late John Dunne and the late James (late Mary) Dunne; devoted aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.
Irene loved life and was proud of her Faith and her Irish Heritage. She touched many lives and was loved by many.
Visitation was Sunday April 23, 2017 from noon to 4:00 P.M. at Toon Funeral Home 4920 Main Street Downers Grove, IL 60515. Funeral Services Monday 9:30 A.M. from the Funeral Home to St Joseph Catholic Church Mass 10:00 A.M. Interment Clarendon Hills Cemetery, Darien, IL.

It was such a joy to know Irene. Such a vibrant happy go lucky hilarious gal. She will be missed. Every time I walk by her house....My heart is heavy with sadness.

I was very sadden to hear of Aunt Irene's passing. I loved her very much and so did my mom! Please accept our condolences on behalf of my father and I. She was truly a beautiful person inside and out. Aunt Irene will be truly missed but will live on in the hearts of the people who love her!
