Lorraine,
I was saddened to hear of your loss. It has been 20 years since I interned under Howard at Sonnenblick. His passion and patience were truly inspiring.
Sincerely,
Scott Moskowitz

Dear Lorraine
Howard first interviewed me at a Bagel Shop in Pembroke Pines. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and excitement about his new venture in the Call Center Business. As you know, I worked closely with Howard for over 10 years at IRT. Howard was a true friend, a mentor, a teacher. He always reached out to me with encouragement, love and kindness. I will miss Howard, a very dear friend. My heart goes out to you and your family.

Dear Lorraine,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Although we have not communicated for quite some time, as I think about Howard, I recall what a great mentor he was to me. He was the one who first got me involved in Federation and Jewish philanthropy. Later, he encouraged me to apply to his alma mater: Harvard Business School. He was so supportive that he even took the time to thoroughly review and critique my application. When I was accepted, the two of you were more excited than I was. Later, he advised me on my career choice: real estate and he was always there to introduce me to his colleagues and to collaborate on deals. I was there when the two of you started dating and I remember how excited he was when you got engaged. I understand you had a wonderful marriage and two fantanstic children. Cherish the memories and know that my deepest sympathies go out to you. I will always remember Howard as an amazing person! He will truly be missed.
Warm regards,
Arden Karson

Lorraine,
Howie was a prince among men. I never heard him raise his voice or say an unkind word. I know the temple was his life (after you guys) and he worked really hard to make it a place that would draw our community together. I'm glad he saw his dreams begin to take fruition with the new Rabbi. Seeing his face at the Sinai Jams Program convinced me of that and I told him so. He is in a better place now, free from suffering, and he is gone, but not forgotten. If you endow a fund in his memory at the temple, please let me know how I can contribute. Love, Beryl, Mark, Joshua, Ari, and Danny

We will remember Howard as a kind and genteel down-to-earth fellow. He gave generously of himself with a warm smile.
So sorry we can not be with your family during this sorrowful time.
May your memories bring you strength.
Love & B'Shalom,
Ronay-Aronoff family
