H. Jones Obituary

H.W. Jones, age 68, of West Chicago died August 5, 2009 at his home. He was born March 31, 1941 in Bruce, Mississippi. He was employed by Phoenix Manufacturing in Naperville and was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Elgin. He is survived by his wife, Eileen; one son, Jeffrey of Leachville, AR; one daughter, Tammy (Jose) Eplay of Nashville, TN; one brother, Billy Ashby Jr.; two sisters, Peggy Sue (John) Gorman of DeKalb; Opal Ann Ashby of West Chicago; and several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Jones and Maudie Ashby. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 8, at 1:00 P.M. at Yurs Funeral Home in St. Charles. Burial will be in River Hills Memorial Park, Batavia. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Muscular Distrophy Association (Jerry Lewis' Kids).
