Gloria Ann Phillips, longtime resident of Elmhurst. Born October 21, 1933, died June 10, 2015 at Belmont Village, Carol Stream.
She is survived by her brother, Joseph Phillips; niece, Jaelyn Granrath; and nephew, Seth Wentzel.
Gloria was a lifelong student and teacher. She loved reading books, traveling to Lithuania and studying Tae Kwon Do. She graduated with honors from Rosary College and worked as a chemist at Hines V.A. Hospital, serving our nations veterans. Gloria lived a full and fruitful life and now is at peace. She resides in Heaven with God.
Services 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
