Gloria Kabat Obituary

Gloria J. Kabat, resident of Elmhurst for 39 years passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010 at the age of 81. Gloria was the beloved wife of the late Albert P. Kabat; loving mother of Kenneth Sr.; proud grandmother of Kimberly (Glenn) Gonzales, Albert J. (Jean) Kabat, and Kenneth Jr. (Stella) Kabat; honored great-grandmother of Kyler G. Gonzales, Peter G. Kabat, Lucas A. Kabat and Kal G. Gonzales. Fond sister in law of Loraine Erickson and aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York Rd. Elmhurst on was November 2nd, Tuesday from 3 to 9pm. Funeral was November 3rd , 2010, Wednesday 9am from the mortuary to Mary Queen of Heaven Church, Elmhurst, Funeral Mass 10am. Interment Mount Emblem Cemetery. Mrs. Kabat was the lunchroom supervisor for York High School and Emerson School for many years and was affectionately known as "Gram the Lunch Lady".
