Glenn McGinnis Obituary

It's been many years since I last saw him, but I have very fond memories of Glenn. He was a gracious host to me and my family. A dry sense of humor, and a knowing smirk are the two attributes I remember most. He was a devoted husband and wonderful father. His heart was full of love for all mankind. He will be sorely missed. God bless and keep you, Glenn, and you, too, Terry.

Your Dad was a fine man, when you all lived on Wellington Dr. he and my Dad were great friends.
The last time I spoke to your Dad was I called and asked him to be a pallbearer at my Dads funeral (4/96). My thoughts and prayers are with all.

So sad to hear on Tues. my dear friend I grew up with and stayed at his house all the time when we were children had passed. Had just decided I was going to call him around Sun. to talk & tell him how sorry I was to hear that they had lost Sandra last yr. Maybe it was his spirit somehow talking to me. I know he is in Heaven & I am so glad he is now healthy & happy & with Harold & Wilma & Sandra. I loved the whole family & Judy his dear sister. It has been a blessing for us to be neighbors with the McGinnis family for 35+ years. The tales we could tell about Glenn McGinnis could fill a book, so we have many good memories of him and will cherish them. Keep our phone # handy, Terry, and call us if we can help in any way.

It was such a shock to hear of the passing of Glenn. With fond memories at Warwick High School and with C & P Telephone Company.I am so sorry and my sympathies go to the family.

What do we say about Glenn....We could have a list a mile long. Everytime he would come into our office he would make us laugh or smile. He was such a kind hearted man and such a wonderful spirit. He will always be in our heart. Our prayers are with his family. GOD BLESS!

We were so sorry to hear about Glenn's death. Eventhough we know he's in a much better place with no more suffering, it's still hard to say good-bye. We're also sorry we can't come to the funeral. Terry & Family, I was shocked to see Glenn's Obituary in the paper this morning. I've known him for 37 years and worked with him at "Building Maintenance" until 1991. He was a great man who loved his family and he will surely be missed. My love and prayers to all of you!

I love ya. When Glenn Jr. and I get up there we will through you off the boat. There are so many good memories of our families spending time together. You will be missed greatly and loved forever
