Dad,
Though I didn't know you for very long and we couldn't communicate in words, you were able to communicate so much to me. Your passion to teach, help, your love for Mom, Jeni, those kitties, Mick, Sue and Linda and how gentle you were are just a few examples.
I really enjoyed the day you pitched in with painting the living room. Even with all you had been through, you would not stop trying to help us out. I'm honored to have known you. Thankfully, we have lots of pictures of that smile of yours because I will miss you and it.
I truly believe you're in a better place with lots of unfinished wood for you to do whatever you want with.

My Dad
My Savior. The one who believed in me more than anyone. The one who made me feel full of life with smiles, affection, and the benefit of learning from mistakes without self doubt. I've never been so proud of anyone in my life as I have my Dad. I wish I could've told him how proud I am and thankful for raising me as his own. I'll always be someone to my Dad.

Dollie and Family,
My deepest condolences in your time of grieving. I recall George built many wonderful adaptive devices to help the adults at the Bixby Living Skills Center, using his excellent carpentry skills. Those of us who knew him at the Franklin County Board of MRDD will miss him.
Sincerely,
Sara Flannery
