George Josefek, Veteran WWII, US Navy, of Berwyn, IL.; preceded in death by his beloved wife Janice Jennings; daughter, Joan Boxler; brother, John (the late Elsie) Jozefek and Paul (the late Sylvia) Josefek. George is survived by his granddaughters Eve (Brady) Farley and Tracy (Rick) Lake . Honored great-grandfather of 10. He was the fond brother in law of Ed (the late Donna) Hudson, Marge (Fred) Docekal and Lois (the late Ken) Huth. George was loved and will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and his best friend Sharon Meltzer. Visitation at the Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary 435 N. York Rd. Elmhurst on Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 10 a.m. from the mortuary to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, Villa Park, IL., Funeral Mass 11 a.m..
